Notre mission est d'accélérer les solutions capables de répondre aux grandes urgences environnementales et sociales de notre siècle, en créant des événements inspirants et impactants tout en connectant les acteurs du changement partout dans le monde (investisseurs, innovations, entreprises, media, villes, institutions, talents...).

👉 Nous organisons chaque année le sommet ChangeNOW, le plus grand événement mondial des solutions pour la planète. Pendant 3 jours, le sommet met en lumière les solutions les plus concrètes et innovantes pour faire face aux plus grands défis du monde et rassemble les acteurs du changement dans un format vibrant, porté sur l’action concrète.
La cinquième édition de ChangeNOW a eu lieu en juin 2022 au Grand Palais Éphémère. Cette édition a réuni plus de 33 000 participants, 600 000 vues sur la plateforme digitale et 117 pays ont été représentés.

Descriptif du poste

We are seeking an experienced, creative, enthusiastic, and impactful Content Manager & Copywriter for a 6-month full-time contract (and hopefuly more!)

You will join our Communications and Marketing team to create engaging and impactful content while managing all aspects of newsletter production. You will engage with a growing database of 80,000 to 100,000 opt-ins.

Your responsibilities will include:

Newsletter Production

Mission: Deliver the newsletters in line with the communications/marketing planning and objectives.

Define the newsletter schedule in coordination with the communications/marketing managers.
Create and coordinate newsletter briefs in collaboration with the communications/marketing managers.
Develop a streamlined process to ensure smooth newsletter delivery
Oversee content collection with various teams.
Manage the full production of newsletters in our email marketing tool, from copywriting to visuals, in coordination with the communications/marketing managers and the teams contributing to newsletter content.
Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and share content and results with the team.

Content Creation

Mission: Create impactful and engaging content.

Create various types of content, including copywriting, infographics, photo editing, and forms, as needed for newsletter projects.
Compile impactful stories, including interviews, success stories, and feedback from our partners.
Increase open and engagement rates across our different opt-in communities.

Profil recherché

Profile:

Background in communication, marketing
2 to 3 years of work experience minimum

Skills:

Excellent level of English and French. Native in English is a plus.
Excellent copywriting skills
Strong project management skills: well organized, ability to meet deadlines and work with different teams.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit: hands-on, proactive, and versatile.
Creativity and good graphic skills, with a keen eye for design (mastering Canva at least).
Previous experience using email marketing tools is a plus ( Brevo, hubspot, Mailjet, etc.)
A strong curiosity and interest in sustainability/impact topics.
Previous successful experience creating and coordinating newsletters.

Last but not least, you are enthusiastic, creative, and dynamic and committed to making a positive impact!
